Story

This journey began with a deeply personal mission. As a mother of three children with unique learning challenges — ADHD, dyslexia, and autism — Teresa Johnston saw firsthand how difficult it can be to access timely, accurate, and compassionate support. At the same time, through running a tutoring business since 2008, she witnessed countless undiagnosed children slipping through the cracks — often waiting months, even years, for assessments and support that could change their lives.

Together with partner Gillian Mohammed, Teresa launched this new initiative in 2025 as a spin-off of their original business, with one clear goal: to close the gap between families and the support they need.

We exist because there simply aren’t enough organizations providing these critical services. Families face long waitlists, minimal guidance, and limited reporting. We’re changing that — by increasing access, speeding up assessments, and delivering more detailed, meaningful reports that empower families and educators alike.

Our approach is rooted in early identification, empathy, and evidence-based intervention. We believe that every child deserves to be seen, understood, and supported — not just academically, but emotionally and behaviorally. Through personalized assessments and collaborative care, we help parents and children navigate learning challenges with clarity and confidence.
